Sideboard - Beyblade X @ CTC Games
- Location: CTC Games Sumner
- Organiser: BEY TEAM OUROBOROS
- Entry fee: $5
This tournament will use the Sideboard gimmick. Inspired by sideboards in TCGs, in this gimmick you will have two extra beys in your deck that you can use to counter your opponent.
At the start of the match you show your opponent your 5 beys, and then select 3 and put them in order from first to third. The last 2 become your sideboard.
After playing your third bey, if no one has won you can reshuffle your deck including swapping beys in from your sideboard.
You may have repeating parts in your deck, however a set of 3 used in a reshuffle may not have any repeating parts.
Tournament starts at 12:30PM, late arrivals will not be able to compete.

The tournament is likely to last at least a few hours. If you can't commit to the entire tournament, you're welcome to come watch and play for fun instead!
There will be an area for casual play, for while you're waiting your turn in the tournament, or if you're not interested in competitive play.
I will be lending out some beyblades for those without, or those with a very limited selection. But you are encouraged to buy your own - buyer's guide here.
If your young children are attending, I cannot be responsible for their safety, please ensure that they are accompanied by a guardian if they cannot take care of themselves.
